Cannot open glowing chest in the bloodmoon archive

There's a glowing chest in the blood moon archive. It's locked and I don't have a key. I've looked everywhere for the key - does anyone know where it is? Or is there some other way of opening the chest?

It turns out you actually can lockpick it... just can't smash it or examine it

You can lock pick it but if it’s greyed out when you right click on it try double clicking a lock pick in your inventory then clicking the chest.

Note: it will drain any source points your character has

It is the only tenebrium item in the game and you can lockpick it. Fane just used his finger.

inventory full of lockpicks..the option is greyed out...aka..can not click it....

gona go try the click the lockpick option from inventory

weird..option was greyed out..but clicking the lockpicks from inventory worked...

gona chalk it up to one of the various bugs that make this game interesting
