Where is lord arhu?

So i've visit his private area in the temple and found out that he/she likes cats and stuff. I've fetch the ball for the dog and he told me that somone came in the room that smelled of flowers and rot. I've been in the Vault that the Paladin has and i've found the statue of the god king dude. I'm clueless where Arhu is. Please help me.

arhu is in lord kemms vault, behind kemms house, in the garden, small water bassin, in there is a hatch to the vault

I'm in the vault and i'm not finding him. Where in the vault is he?

I talked to the dog too and stuff but Arhu isn't in Kemm's vault. I checked every room I could find. I found the statue of the god king and all. Where is he supposed to be?

Also I don't know where the key to the chest before the god king room is. I guess it's on Kemm himself?

There is a lever next to the water pump to the right of the pool

To get to Arhu you need the second Mural Painting about Lucian which are placed at the central end of the Vault.

The Painting is at the secret Cave of Children and Trolls in the Sewers (go down the Ladder -> go right up to the long Hallway -> There is a secret Door on the right Side (from entering the Hallway) which leads into the Troll Place - look around)

Place the Painting inbetween the other two and it opens up a new Door right behind them.
Theres a lot of Loot to be had. In one of the Bookcases there is a Book called something like "The Book of the God King" if you use it it opens up ANOTHER Door - from there you get into a Room praising the God King.
After an event you can examine a Plaque thats right in front of the Shrine. It says something about the burden of the God King - look for a Painting upstairs with the same Name and put it on there.

You will find the access by getting into the marriage area. In the basement there are a bunch of named wines. Pulling the one with the same name as the pig upstairs will grant you access to the sewers.

I healed him after absorbing the source of each spirit that held him and it seemed to work.

Assuming you're talking about the last painting, it's not necessary. You just need something heavy (which some of those paintings are), I used an oil barrel.
