voidwoken fish scroll?

I got a spell scroll called voidwoken fish exchange and it says to cast it on a fish barrel. I tried it but nothing happens. any idea what it does?

Anybody figure out what this does yet or is it part of a quest that never got finished?

That one is especially weird since you meet a dog in a graveyard that says 'hey, it smells like in the fishery" and points to actual Voidwoken... I would really love to see a solution to that, cause I think I did everything there.

I hate that it disappears when you use it and does nothing. Accidentally used it in coop and buddy had done some stuff. Didn't want him to redo so sucked it up and just went on without it. =(

Found a fishing log, too, that spoke about a 'man' who really wanted the fish and he had to provide it for him, hinting at the guy the scroll mentions. Tried it on barrels of fish, buckets of fish, ones empty, ones with fresh fish, ones with rotten fish. None of those seemed to work for me.

It's further then the 2nd act I believe, I got mine off of the Dealkeeper(?) that's found on Bloodmoon Island, when you first run into the Advocate he's arguing with the guy who has it. You need to kill him for it though,

***POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT*** after completing bloodmoon island, there is talk that a demon is possessing the doctor who worked on the possesed elf there. demon doctor moved on to arx.

talk around the fishery is a mysterious investor who wants voidfish and they talk about a 'black house' in arx. reason to belive this is the location of the doctor mentioned in the scroll. gonna hold onto the scroll until i am there.

hopefully this info provides more of a push towards getting to the bottom of this mystery.

When in Arx, there is a barrel at the lowest level of the blackhouse where if you try to move it, it'll say "its stuck to the platform". Note a symbol on it. Now head outside, past the graveyard adjacent to the house and down to the seaside. You'll find another barrel with a similar symbol. Put some fish in that one, and cast the scroll on it. It'll be sent to the barrel in the lowest level of the house. I've tried the reverse way (basement to seaside) but it didnt work. Also, tried with different types of fish, including voidtainted fish, nothing significant.

You literally just sent the doctor his lunch.

I only found this out after killing the doctor, so I'm not entirely sure if you get anything after doing that while he is alive. But i highly doubt you'll get anything, because trying to get to the lowest level of the house will aggro everyone in the house and you'll be forced to kill him either way.

Barrel on the shore near The Black House is for making gold - for each void tainted fish you put into the barrel you get 1000 gold after using the scroll Jahan gave (Voidwoken Fish Exchange)

if you put your teleport pyramid inside the barrel with the fish you can use it to port to the bottom floor of the basement without aggro anything on the way to the other barrel.
