Door under Ryker's house

Does someone know how to open the door with "no keyhole and no handle" found on the basement of Ryker's house, close to where he waits for you to return the tablet? My character does say there must be an hidden mechanism but I can't find it so far.

There is a lever around Rykers location. It's hidden so you'll need high wits to detect it. Don't know how much, I had around 25 I think.

That's what I was looking for, but I have already 21 wits, 29 if I use clear-minded. Already went all around the basement looking for it, no result. Do you remember where exactly the lever is?

Indeed, there is a big fat lever just left of the mirror. Thank you, but I really do wonder how I missed it, I don't remember hearing any wit-message to indicate it was spotted when I explored the room.

Just to clariy, it on the bottom floor, in the area directly above where he spawns (the area with the desk, semi neat shelves, two large stacks of books are in the middle of the semi-circular slightly raised aarea,). It's directly left of the mirror. The reason we probably don't hear "This looks interesting" is we most likely discover it during the battle.
