Party Management?
So I want to bring a claric into my group of 4 but I can't because I have too many in my group, when I hit Esc and click party management I can't remove anyone from my group to clear space.

I'm still on the island.

what do?

Talk to one of you party members and dismiss them they'll return to the spot where you initally found them. Then just talk to whoever to recruit them back into your party.

When you speak to your "companions" you can tell them to go away.

But they are gone after act 1....

Party management is there for assigning the characters to the players in the co-op. You can just dismiss your follower, like others said.

As mentioned though be sure your good with your group before leaving act 1 though
