Swornbreaker Scythe

I've had the schematic for quite some time now, do you come across the pieces in the driftwood world map or later in the story?
Would really like to wield that bad boy.

do you know what to do after you defeat the bg sentinel? I try to go back to the arena but it says im not done with my studies pls help

If anyone is still wondering, and as future reference for those who may be seeking a solution here, you can still do the Sallow Man quest if you kill Alexandar and even if you eat his head.

Like the morbid degenerate I am, I immediately ate his head for fun. I had no earlier saves to revert to so I was looking around for a solution in-game and accidentally discovered thatJawbone the Merchant (one of the demon traders at The Temple of Tir-Cendelius) has the Cowl of Truesight on his corpse. He might even have it in his trading inventory but I wasn't able to check before I killed him.

The Cowl of Truesight grants you a skill you can use in the Black Ring Cave to reveal the secret camp hidden behind an illusion at the back of the cave. Usually you get this item from Alexandar by agreeing to kill the Sallow Man for him. Technically, the actual Sallow Man quest itself calls for you to present Alexandar's head to him so you cannot complete that particular quest if you eat the head, but you can still kill him---which I suspect is what everyone wanted to do in the first place. (I know it's what I wanted to do.)

At this point in the story I had:

1. Taken Gareth's side and killed Alexandar.
2. Eaten Alexandar's head.
3. Put the deathfog bomb in the spirit tree's heart without detonating it.
4. Killed pretty much every one else.

could you please tell me how to open the locked door in dining area which leads to the portal?

Alternatively, one can convince Gareth to give up his revenge before he attacks Alexander. Then convince Alexander you are on his side and A. tells the truth. He will give you the Cowl needed to see the door. I just killed the Sallowed Man and will now decide how to deal with A. yet again. Probably kill him at this point.

You can craft it with Ancient Stone Tablet + Haft of the Swornbreaker + Blade of the Swornbreaker (the second best 2 handed weapon ~ 350 physical damage after Anathema sword). Note that don’t use the skill swordbreaker, otherwise it will be break and unprepairable

you can use the cowl of true sight to enter the cave where the sallow man is and the haft of the swornbreaker which you can get from alexandar by killing him or stealing it from him with enough of a theivery skill.

also good to note that if you just have the skill dispel illusion that would also work instead of the cowl
