For the helmet, its kinda hiden and I don't really expect you to do it, let me know if you'd like me to just tell you how. It gives you a nice ability - shackles of pain, which was pretty useful as a tank character.
The ring is the worst amongst the set.
The helmet is an item you should not leave the island without tho.
Use Blessing on the Lever and you gain access to the room which contains a skillbook along with the helmet.
Note: its the room with the Source tank where you can infenitely pour out Source.
The location of the entance is at "7 or 13" and you need to have unlocked the collar and learned blessing in order to decurse the Lever. it is one of those to :) i cannot remember map all that well as its been awhile since i was there.

That halmet is simply too overpowering i got it on my tank and i can simply keep using source abilities on him, i gave him a lot of leadership too as the Helmet's Curse is a simple -1 to Leadership which aint much.
found all the rest but didn't find them
