It might (not) help to know, that this pig also becomes a cute, blonde trader. A bit traumatized though - after soothing her eternal pain and lifting her curse, i had the epic standing of 15 with her and she didn't recognize me in any shape or form. Though after giving (via trade) her a picture of a noble, she got the hint with the pig and her standing became 100. At least that is what i chose to believe instead of the reality that it was either lazily finished or buggy.
You need to be doing the bartering with the character that she interacted with during the conversation, since that's the character whose attitude was increased.
