Should I kill Advocate?

I mean - will he give me access to the 2nd part of sword in Archives? I cant find any other way.

I think you may or may not have killed him, I wonder wat choice did you make and wat happend?

I got that part after killing him, he is not needed for it.

You can get it without killing him with high wits I believe, but is it worth killing him to get the excorsim?

the advocate is also part of a quest given by that guy that help Lohse . So I end up killing him and got the sword afterward .
