Dismissed Ifan Ben-Mezd and now I can't find him

I dismissed Ifan accidentally and now I can't find him any where in fort joy. Is this a bug or is he just hding some where?

He's just south of the Blacksmith, Nebora, near the front gate of the Magisters' area.

I've killed alexander and now I'm just finishing up some side quests like getting the tyrants artefacts. He isn't in the spot near Nebora. Can I encounter him later in the game or do I have to recruit him in fort joy?

Same issue here, He's not in Fort Joy as far as I can tell. Think it's a bug

I found him near the blacksmith in fort joy, otherwise when you get onto the ship, you have a chance to recruit characters again then. Not dmismissing that it could be a bug, just sharing what I have experienced.

You can find him, later on, in the Seekers Camp, just SE from the Hollow Marshes-Bridge

If you already opened Amadias Sanctuary, he is there, 10 m left from the teleport
