Is it even worth disarming traps?
Since disarming only cost you a disarming kit and doesnt give any xp is it even worth doing it?
I mean I just walk over them and take the damage, cause I can heal it afterwards.
What you guys think about that?

I usually just use a spell or throw a box on them or something

You better pray that there are no traps in the game that suddenly fill the area with Deathfog.

In some places traps are placed so that they destroy loot if they detonate. That's the only place for it to be useful.

But you get teleporting gloves, so you can just teleport traps or loot anyway, so its really pointless

why disarm if you can just range attack them or throw a damage spell on them

ya sadly traps are typically no big and not worth properly disarming with disarm kit.

I just walk through traps and let my magic armor deal with it lol
Seems like a game flaw to even have them if they are this unimportant.

Well traps are a must and a huge deal in Fantasy rpgs like a must for a proper rpg.

But 9/10 they are Far too weak,
I mean look at even Skyrim other then start of game and ram trap you hit one of them and its just whatever (worst thing they do in skyrim is make companions go down since they tend to take the kind of damage they should do oddly).

Traps in DoS 1 were wayyyyy better than Traps in DoS 2

Traps are only in most RPGs these days because of tradition. Any game that you can save at any time, or is not randomized (except in DOS1 case, where it saves as soon as you die) will trivialize traps. Its mostly used as a stat check these days, or a way to punish you and make you get better at your quicksave game

tradition?

I think they are in place to provide some sort of irritation so that games do not become "click next to continue" sorts of "choose the only adventure" linear progress-quest games.
