Where? I checked the creation tool and i couldnt find anything like that. Elven Ranger and Human Ranger start both with 10-12-10-10-10-11 in stats
This was removed because they felt it forced players to be specific classes for the specific race. So Elves getting more Finesse made it seem like you HAD to play Elf as a Rogue ect due to the bonuses. They removed it so that it didn't feel that way.
