Lady Vengeance -- Sing Problem

Hello, I found the ancient tome of song and when I click on it it doesn't sing or I can't control the wheel how am I supposed to fix the ship?

Speak to the boat by clicking on the statue that burns people.

I tried to reload from previous save its only after I took the book I'm really tired of this ♥♥♥♥ lol

Have you tried reading the book before talking to the boat?

The book I took is Ancient Empire Songbook from Dallis' room first it was dusty tome then I spoke to Malady after that book changed its name to Ancient Empire Songbook, ships wheel was burning me before it and now it still burns

Okay, did you speak to either the cat or the magister in the cell block? They tell you that you need to sing to the boat. Perhaps this is why the option isn't appearing because you would not know otherwise.

I tried to talk to cat after what you said.. still nothing.. guess I need to fight the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worm again duh..

I have the exzact same problem have the book
When i read it next to the ship it says it reacted blablabla

Find book, read book. Then go talk to figurehead. You'll see an option to sing to it now. After the ship reacts to it, Malady appears behind you. Talk to her to get the option to move the boat.

The cat, the ship's rat, and the magister in the cell should all be able to tell you about the singing part.
