Fane Troubles !
Hi,

i'm screwed i think... :D

I killed Fane in the boat at the start of the game. (didnt know he was a character and he didn't escape with the rest of'm)
So when i met him and got him in party his active Quest with Companions when to "CLOSED" immediatly. And states that Fane is dead for good this time.

Any ideas, comments, sollutions?
Because i think i'm missing out a lot because of it.

Sounds wierd... that said, the simplest solution if you want fane as a companion would be to restart and not kill him. If you have just met him near fort joy, you probably haven't sunk many hours into act 1, let alone the whole game.

Or, you could probably just remove him from the party and play with other companions. You need a party of 4 (or less if you playing with lone wolf talent) and there are more than 4 origins companions around. You could leave Fane and his story out for the next playthrough. :)

see my problem is every single one of the companion quests did this... even the ones still alive and in my party

You're not missing out on much (other than his character-specific storyline). I killed Sebille after meeting her and for reals nothing happens.

Restarting would be your best option, if you don't kill them they're all still obtainable as party members at the start of act 2.

Then don't kill him you moron.
One point in thievery will allow you to loot all the characters on the boat when they're passed out.

i didnt't know it. but i just wanted to point out that you had the option of killing him before you knew ...
just wanted to let people know that killing him is a bad idea but on the other hand he had nice loot.
anyway for the ppl in 'charge' maybe make him non-killable(at the boat) because new players have no clue. If you catch my drift :) anywho thanks for responding still whish i hadn't killed him 'cause it wasn't something i 'wanted' to do
