Braccus's Pants beach tower

I can't seem to get up the tower with the lightning clouds on the beach. Is there a bug or am I missing something?

I used scoundrel cloak and dagger ability

I used the teleportation gloves that one NPC gives you right at the start of the game for killing the crocs, and stood across from the cliff to use it.

ok, Tried it, but I will try again, Thanks.

Try the teleport gloves with a few different locations. I stood on the beach and 'ported all the bodies n loot out of the tower :)
