Act 1 Quests Screwed?

There are a ton of quests I apparently "failed" to do after I left Fort Joy. I got all of Braccus' armor (greaves, ring, chestpiece, gloves, boots), I blessed all the burning pigs and fought the guy, I gave Slane (dragon guy) the purging wand and he went away (for some reason never helped me in the fight against Alexander even though wiki said he does), I killed the necromancers (though I don't really care about their quest), and finally I "escaped Fort Joy and left Amyro to his fate" even though there's no way for him to come that I know of.

well it does say the you "possibly" won't be able to come back, so it is also "possible" that you might come back


also the dragon helps you by killing the shreakers => clearing the way to alexander

I just killed the shriekers with the source wand.

They are tagged as failed in the quest journal, so wheter or not we can come back later to fort joy it really doesn't matter here.
I also have almost all act 1 quest failed like that whereas I did complete them all properly. :(

I freed the dragon and he never helped with the shreakers. :(

Did you run all the way up to the shriek era to trigger his help or did you purge from afar? If you use the wand from to far out he doesn't trigger

Theres a couple quests that get screwy if you dont do them in the right order. We technically failed 4 quests that we actually did, but because we found the item required before starting the quest chain in the right spot it bugged out.

2 quests related to soul jars, broke all 4 jars needed and said we failed both quests when we went to act 2. Then there was the arena fight that bugged out and was broken for us. And one other one i dont recall. Pretty sure all 4 broke because we did them in the wrong orders. Not a super major issue, but one they hopefully patch in the future.

Same here, many bugged quests, game is a buggy mess. And one of my characters, Sebille, had a permanent Wet status.

well if that is the case then I think I'll just kill him next time for the xp and possible loot.

Just forgot to list it in the post. Apparently it was the pants I had missed, got those.

I wonder how many people so far have missed the tip about the back door into braccus' vault and had to go through the gargoyle maze the hard way? lol :)

It says I never freed that whitmore's soul, but I broke the jar and the quest never realised. It also said amyro was never saved, but he was. A lot of my quests said that I didn't do something that I did, and once I left it said I failed to do a lot of them for some reason. It's for sure they were bugged.

I have a few quests that's not being cleared too including the imprisoned elf (I even got the mission reward), withermoore's soul jar, the arena of fort joy and murderous gheist
