What is the "Sworn" buff that makes enemies immortal?

Title. Also, how do i kill them? Been trying source magic, fire, frost, air, water... I keep killing them and they keep getting up.

Yes, I hear you and understand, but in my game, I've killed each of them up to three or four times, they just keep getting up. And they don't have a "super phase" either, they look the same when ressurected. So I suppose I'll make a bug report then.

I think we speak of the four ancient heroes from the memorial in the Stonegarden graveyard near Driftwood. You have to kill them three times, at least so it was for me.

At level 15 I had to kill the four at the Memorial of Heroes twice to actually kill them. The buff doesn't go away, but they do die permanently the second time. Also, they do come back with higher stats than the first time - all geared up.

This is an awful thread full of people talking about completely different battles, and really should not have been resurrected. Just like the heroes in Stonegarden, who for the record, just need to be killed twice each.
