[Act 2 Spoilers] A danger to herself and others
So after killing the manifestations, if you sneak back in, Natalie Bromhead keeps clamoring "Hungry". But even if you drop food, she will ignore it and go hostile. Any ideas on this one?

I had to convince Gregorious Swann to let us see here (scholar tag). Then you go in the basement with him. Approach her with a scholar character and the character will notice the wounds on the back of her skull. The battle will start. Knock her on the ground during the battle and the manifestations will disappear. You can then perform surgery on her. Before you start the surgery, talk to Swann after he walks up to Bromhead while she's on the ground. He will say both his arms are broken but he can still help you.

The dialog choices I did were, 1 (bone saw), 1 (delicate tweezers), 3 (ask Swann for help), 2 (slowly close the wound). She should be still alive at that point. A miracle!

This didn't work for me, you need to ask him to hold her steady, then forceps, then slowly.

At least that's what options I found elsewhere that worked.

neither of them worked for me, for me it was steady, tweezers, quickly. could be that the solution is randomized so it has the random element of surgery? you may need to trial and error this one. also i am not sure if it helps, but on my successful try i split the party so not everyone is over her head.

So with that quest you can cure silent monks? Like those 2 in Gareth's family farm? The one who sheds a tear and the one who whispers to you to kill her or save her.

I think it has to do with finesse. I tried using Fane and Red Prince, both of which have the scholar tag having 10 finesse, but it still fails no matter which option I choose. When I tried using my other character with high finesse (20+, I increased it with Encourage and Peace of Mind just in case) it worked when i chose steady, tweezers, slowly. Maybe you could try that.

Yeah, seems that high finesse is the key.

I didnt even talk to the doc... I started the surgery myself chose bonesaw, tweezers, slowly close the wound. and it worked fine for me first try. o_o

hey guys, so im trying to cure bromhead, so i talked to her (without the scholar tag) and started combat. I killed all the emotions, and got her below 50% hp, but i still cant cure her, swann just sits in his own piss cowering in fear and won't come up and talk to her. I have tried clearing her mind, blessing her, knocking her down, stunning her, and nothing makes swann come over to talk to her. So how do i cure her? the fight just keeps going? I'm going to try fleeing combat next and then talking to her again with the scholar trait, maybe it's just a bug that if you dont talk to her with scholar you cant save her at all.....

I'm pretty sure you *must* approach her with a scholar to have the option to save her (which is intentional, as far as I know).

welp my only question is, does she teach you more about source? Because at this point my last save to talk to her with a scholar is way far back, so is it worth it to reload or should i just kill her?

I don't believe so. You get more XP and the doctor (who is a trader) likes you more if you succeed, but I can't remember any other benefits.

What's supposed to happen after you kill all 4 because she still keeps attacking

I was having the same issue until I got her health lower than 50% (and above 0%) and knocked down or incapacitated in some way. As soon as I hit that particular mark, dialogue immediately came on and I began to perform the surgery.
