I'd also be interested in good combos

Summoner. You can solo tactician mode with a summoner. ♥♥♥♥ is busted.

Any other suggestions? ^^ Not really interested in a summoner. I planning on going lone wolf because I like the thought of having a two man army. Having to rely on a summoned horde goes a little against that.

You don't actually summon a horde as a summoner. Funny enough it's just 1, maybe 2 summons per combat encounter and the rest is buffs, heals, damaging spells and such... very self-sustained class.

Any rogue build with elf and chameleon. All you do is enter combat, go invis, get somewhere where the vision cones don't see you and stealth. Done. Now delay turns and repeat the usual backstab backstab invisib combo.

Warning: may cause you to become fùcking bored. Really, go summ. You conjure a metric ton of super cool giant demon at level 10.

any class is viable honestly. Just do what you want to do. Lone wolf is much easier and fun as is in my opinion, especially with a friend.

There are some "top tier" builds though. Summoner, necromancer(mage or melee) and most elemental wizard builds are great. My Lone Wolf friend is trying a paladin build and it's working very well. I tried a pyro warrior and it was a lot of fun as well.

Im playing on tactician atm with two Two-Handed Knights. One having Warfare, Necromancy and Earth, while the other has Necro and Hydro. Both are undead and it's working very well so far
Pebbles 18/set./2017 às 8:39
Undead Human (so just use Fane), Str+Wits, max out Two-Handed, 2Warfare+2Necromance, mainly use Warfare skills (many CC skills + Enrage for MASSIVE DAMAGE) and Necro's Living on the Edge + Death Wish(won't die and even MORE DAMAGE). Thievery+Lucky Charm; you don't need Sneak coz the other char can distract the target by talking to them

Undead whatever, Int+Wits(+Mem if you really need more skills), evenly spread points into the 4 elements. Trademark skills: Aero's Teleportation, Pyro's Haste and Peace of Mind, Geo's Mend Metal, and Hydro's Soothing Cold. Telekinesis+Loremaster

DO NOT put any point in Cons. Use Teleportation and Play Dead to initiate and de-agro. Use high Str+Telekinesis to create Box Trap. Deplete enemies' Armors quickly to stunlock. Extremely glassy cannon and require you to know how to exploit the game. Very fun and OPAF

Double Rogue with lone wolf breaks tactitian mode after you leave fort joy. Just go Lone Wolf for your first perk and get The Pawn second. Pick up a level of Poly for Chameleon Cloak, and then a level of Warfare for Hammering Blow and Battering Ram. Do this for both of your rogues,

Then, you simply needed to pump Finesse and max Scoundrel. The first few levels till 4 will require you to cheese with teleport gloves and the flee mechanic from combat, but once you get gear and get out of fort joy, you'll have insane damage ontop of the ability to CC, run away, or turn invisible.

The raw damage you have due to LoneWolf, Scoundrel bonus crit, and Finess makes you able to burst down even the inflated numbers of Tactician mode. And with the Pawn, your always able to run fast enough to get into backstabbing range and not waste much AP. It also lets you escape combat nearly at will as nothing can chase your raw movement speed.

Max Thievery as well btw, thievery 3 and above are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing and let you steal even the most valuable rares and epics from NPCs if they have them. I'm rolling in money after escaping Fort Joy and I still just steal whatever I need, and buy it later if the vendors refresh with something better.

My main warning is that this build pretty much puts the game on cruise control, and all of the combat encounters are made trivial. The fun for me was restarting several times to figure out how to optimize correctl. Once I did, the whole of the games difficulty just crumbled.

i've been enjoying my double battle mage party, both are undead one is a summoner with sword and board and warfare a little hydro and geo mixed in. and i have a dual weilder 2 one handed that uses hydro and geo and a little necro.and soem war fare. both can abuse the rain/contamination combo for forever healing.

My most enjoyable playthrough was 2 mages, 1 focusing on pyro and aerothurge, other on pyro and geomancy. But both had at least 1 point in every school to get all the good skills, like tactical retreat in huntsman, bouncing shield and reflective barrier in warfare etc. Few points in necro for the lifetap, but it also lets you summon some bone widow when you need some extra physical damage on top of bouncing shield and mosquito swarm (even without points in summoning they are still very strong)

Playing Honor mode with fane as 2H knight (use shield in act 1) moments away from leaving act 2 (just about to slaughter all the lvl 15 ish characters for xp).

As you can see Lone wolf is overpowered. Even without Anathema nothing can survive this deathstar level of firepower.

Lohse is my caster (she is the tank now) and she is max geo 8 points in hydro. She has +1 pyro for haste/peace of mind. Both characters have 2+ points in necro from items.

Both characters have Aero 2 for tk/neitherswap.

Undead allows you to kill anyone in town you want and then feign death. Nothing is this powerful. Fane also has one of the best source powers..... not that I have ever needed to use it.

Could you tell me more about your build? I see you have several different skill classes. I too am using Fane on a solo run, I was going to invest some points into summoning, but I don't see any of that on your skillbar.

ive got a tank-2hander with 25+ leadership along with my summoner - playing duo lone wolves - summoner is also a kinda ranger i mean using bow and 27+ summoning and bufs control etc

both heroes are pure physical damage dealers - avoidance of all summons i mean inkarnat a summoner herself and totems etc all got bonuses from leadership - about 80% avoid and 100+% resists (i mean summoner is 100+, all other are 75+ etc)
enemies VERY often miss on attacks etc
so
take care (btw im using 2 custom ccharacters(avatars) - created them by using lan game - and opening 2 game windows in the beginning - then save and use only a single window as usual
don't forget u can shapeshift into an ELF and eat body parts with any character - your main etc
this is good for getting 9+bartering skill etc for e.x. human with +1 to barter and talent for eating a head in a2 etc etc
p.s. also teleporting an enemy from the max distance to max distense further can help a lot (i did a blood island center battle using such thing : u just teleport a single enemy away and kill it and other enemies far away going out of battle so u can go again with full hp
