Respeck/Skill reset

the mirrior basically allow character re-creation you can edit attribute, talent, skill and appearance

Nope. No cost and you can do it how many times you want. (At least I haven't run into any limits yet)

It's very liberating compared to OS 1.

No cost at all, at least not to my knowledge. You can use it any time.

Nope, it's not a hard reset, it just lets you go through and remove/add points to attributes/talents at-will

So if i am for eg. Lvl 9 and want to reskill i do not lose my skillpoints but i can assign them new?... I understand this right?

A mod exists that can give you a respec mirror in Fort Joy or a portable one.

You get the mirror quite early in the game, but I can understand people wanting a respec if you can't progress upto getting the mirror due to a messed up build of multiple characters.
