like this?
Did it on tactitian solo with fane as a summoner. I was level 8 at the time.
In early access I did it as early as level 6 with a party of 4 on tactician.
There's a variety of things you can do to make it easier:
- Start the fight from the upper right side entrance to force the enemies to funnel through a small gap is typically the best way to start the fight.
- You can focus all your attacks on 1 enemy then use the flee option to end the fight, heal up, reset all your cooldowns, then go back in.
- You can get super cheesy and block the main stairs with a row of barrels or other items to prevent any enemies from running around behind you if you are attacking from the right side.
- When the worm shows up, back off and let all the enemies focus on it. You then focus on only 1 enemy at a time
Not really. It's entirely about tactics and positioning, especially in tactician mode. I'm playing a game with my friend, both lone wolves, he is melee I am ranged. I climbed up to the top of the highest platform and then I blocked the bottom and top of the ladder with a barrel while he was in conversation. When the battle started, Alexander ported up to me, and my friend flew up with Flight. We wrecked them on that small platform until the worm showed up.
Barrel blocks and such not a tactic at all. Its cheap tricks VS dumb AI.
I just want to tell you that you saved this game for me. I was literally about to ragequit in disgust at this encounter.
Your second tip about killing one enemy at a time saved this encounter for me, made it beatable.
Thank you. So ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ much.
When the worm shows up, there are two choices of dialogue to Alex.
Do you guys think if there is any difference between them?
