Stuck loading at around 70-80% after patch

yeah, this sucks, it crashes a lot when quickloading, also I found quicksaving taking up to 10 seconds.

Same bug here. It starts that way and then your save is corromped. Happened twice to me.
I'm on the forum posting about it for the last 6 hours and no response of Larian Studios

yeah and the diffculty on tactician got me ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up lol my god you need to execute every fight perfectly. i've avoided a few encounters because of how ♥♥♥♥♥ they were. like in the fort royal dungeon and the golems in the cages or w/e. ♥♥♥♥ was ridiculous. right now im at the swamp/woods after crossing the bridge. cant even reload a game without it crashing. and when i continue from the main menu it will load, it just takes ages. smh. i hope they patch the diffculty tbh. at least a few like 10% less armor and hp.

it crashes even when i load save that hasn`t that issue

did you delete every single folder , besides the actual game in steamapps of course, and then start up anew save to remake the folder then go back and delete it and copy your PRE bug saves over? after validating files too. If that doesn't help, something is really wrong lol. with saves backed up, see if it happens starting completely over playing a new save not copying old saves after deleting all the appdata/mydocs fodlers for the game and refreshing them. Somebody posted on release day that windows was giving them errors about the mydoc folder, writing to it. So run the game on admin, and that could indicate the game may have issues for some people writing intot hat folder, which could lead to the corrupt saves.

So I am atleast not the only one that had this issue thats good to hear atleast but yeah this is pissing me of so bad the game was running fine before the patch came out now i got infinite load times and it crashes on quick load. I have alot of goodwill for larian but yeah this ♥♥♥♥ is not helping....

I hope this issue is fixed soon too but I doubt it. There hasn't been any statement nor response from a developer to show that this problem will be fixed.

You know what REALLY sucks ? pirates playing the release version, not the version with the patch that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ us. Feels ♥♥♥♥♥♥ knowing that pirates can enjoy the game and we cannot.
