Inventory
Hey guys, could you educate me on inventory, any tips? I'm getting kinda frustrated with how much I need to bounce my items back and forth while bartering, crafting, etc. AND all those books and potatoes ugghghgh, I feel like i'm doing something wrong.

This is how I organize my inventory, because I have major problems with an unorganized one.

Use the bags. I place all potions, scrolls, special arrows, and other misc useable equipment (repair hammer, sebille's tattoo needle) into the respective character's bags. (casters get scrolls, fighter gets grenades and phys. armor potions) That takes care of some of it. Then I designate a barter character. Anything that isn't equipped or distributed to a character's bag on pickup is placed on the barter character and marked as 'wares' (left shift+left mouse button) which allows you to add it all to a sale in barter window with one button.

Ifan is my barter character while my main Sebille handles crafting. Beyond that just hit autosort and it generally keeps things tidy. Hope this helps.

That sounds great, my main has Lucky Charm, so I loot stuff with him, but Ifan is my barter also and it's a nightmare to send everything to him when I wanna trade. Could you explaing how to make stuff go to Ifan on pickup?

It can feel a little tedious but not too much. When you're looting just right click on an item. You can then choose an option "send to ifan". Also if you have Ifan as the second character in your party's chain on the left hand side, his inventory will be right below yours. This makes it simpler to drag items.

No problem! Also worth noting you can place bags on your hotbar and access them with a single click.

What does it mean when you get the dashed yellow outline on a character's bag header bar in the inventory window? It appears when you drag and hover an item over the bar, but not on one of the slots.
