Is there has other warfare vendor?

In a settlement in the swamp. I don't know which vendor exactly, but one of them should sell the warfare skill books. Just out of curiosity, why did you kill him? Got caught stealing, or just wanted some of his gear?

Keep in mind, folks, that with the level of freedom this game offers you in what you do in the world - yes, you can screw yourself over (you can kill quest npc's and vendors) and be SOL

I kill him just because my poor english...

The warefare vendor is gareth, the guy they are searching for. you can find him to the north, in a fortress, fighting off some magisters
