No Scoundrel/Huntsman, Air/Pyro, Geo/Hydro class?
Hello,

Are there no pre-built air/hydro or scoundrel/hunstman class?

I didn't see any and that's fine for the initial character you can customize fully and make a class... but you have to assign the pre-existing classes to your companion, you get to pick but you can't customize them beyond that it seems?.

I was hoping to have a Warfare/Necromancer (np there) Fire/Air caster, Earth/Water caster and a ranger/rouge. Not a big deal if they don't started there at level 1 but I don't want to have a wasted skill point in skills I won't use on them.

Pick a knight and invest on Necro. Pick an archer and invest on scoundrel, or the other way around. Fire fits well with Geo, Aero with Hydro. I don't understand why you'd want Fire/Aero or Geo/Hydro. And it's just 1 point, also that 1 point can be pretty efficient if you invest wisely on some tool skills.

For the companions you can't overly customize their starting attributes, no. The best advice I can give is go around and grab your desired companions prior to levelling up, so they level up with you (and you can set their other skills to your liking).

It's also worth noting that you'd be surprised at the utility you can get with an extra point somewhere odd. Huntsman is worth the point for Tactical Retreat and First Aid. Hydro is great for regen and rain. Pyro has haste, Scoundrel has levitate, et cetera.

If I was playing a Fire/Air caster, I would not even begin to balk at spending a point to unlock another dozen spell options - that I guarantee will constantly come in handy - instead of just another 5% damage.

Geo-hydro with contamination is good, especially as undead, and it's good with pyro or aero too so it's not a huge issue to have a single point in one or the other.

If you have both, it lets them work together for combos, instead of comboing off themselves.

Are huntman/hydro or rogue/Aero effective combinations?

Also, so there is no way to give the characters a custom class like you're main character?

Theres is a weird round about way. Which is start a 4 player game either by yourself or with friends custimize all the characters and then have everyone drop out.

This apparently can cause problems tho
