There is now a mod that enables achievements with mods installed.

Greetings modders, someone has created a fix that allows achievements to be unlocked while using mods.

LW and explorer mode don't disable achievements either.

I think this is the mod for people who are constantly annoyed by items showing up at the skills bar, now they can use the mod that dissables it get achievments ;)

I dont use mods - but I plan to use some after I've finished my current run... the increased difficulty mod, and the peace of life mods like stopping things automatically going on my hotbar (like seriously, come on...) so its nice to know I can still go for any achievments I missed. I'm not big on the whole achievment hunting thing - but its nice to see them pop up when you do something new.

Some mods are certainly less of an easy mode than, as the previous poster said, Lonewolf or Explorer difficulty... or other in-built cheese. If someone wants to double Lonewolf on Explorer, or make the game easier with mods for some reason, I dont really see the difference. At all. Dont come here bragging about legit cheese. But then I'd find either of those things absurdly lame... just to cruise your achievments? Each to their own I guess!

Nice find/work for anyone wanting to make the game harder, or less cluttered, or even just to experiment with weird builds available through mods.

I'd really reccomend people play without huge game-altering effects on their first run-through, experience the game as it is! But save yourself some annoyance with things like the hotbar. :-p

This doesn't seem to work on Steam. Get a message can't load bink2w64.dll.

Most likely malware if its using a dll. Plus your scamming the developers by overiding there wishes that you not get achievements if your cheating. DIshonest mod for sure..But I guess once a cheat always a cheat.

How ridiculous you are. I did get it to work. If Larian had not wanted us to use Workshop Mods then they wouldn't have made the ability to develop them. Use your head for something more than to plug your headset into.

Just a friendly warning/advice:
Be careful what .dll injection modifications you download. Make sure source is trustworthy/confirmed, a lot of people like to spread viruses this way. Try scanning the files on virustotal... ect...

I've yet to ever see anyone from nexusmods upload malware, seems to be a pretty reliable site. As well as that particular post has 1300+ downloads people would definitely have reported it by now.

A modified dll is not my preferred choice of getting around this boneheaded restriction, but needs must. Now we will see if Larian patch it, or if they actually couldn't care less.

Ask me if i care that im "overiding there wishes to not get achivs" i paid em, i should be able to play how i want (in this case no cheating mods, but still using mods) without stupid devs blocking it with a full on retarded feature.
