Undead Black Ring Destroyer
This guy seems to have a passive 100% evasion aura around him at all times. WTF!? Anyway I tp'd him out of the area and killed all his buddies, but I don't have any good aoe damage stuff. How the heck am I supposed to kill this guy without the hunter marksman ability?

If you have anyone with ranks in scoundrel and finesse you can knock him out with chloroform and it takes away his dodge ability. You can also stun him, knock him down, or mark him any of those work but knock down is hard to make stick since most abilities will just miss. I just spam grenades and use chloroform.

Chloroform + Oil Flasks. thats all it takes (solo honour mode rogue)

Stun, freeze, oil, grenades, scrolls, and flanking. If you saved pre battle or don't mind re-engaging after fleeing, you can buy void tainted yellow fish (something along those lines, bugged so only yellow works) and combine it with high quality tormented soul and paper to make curse scrolls, and curse screws up dodge as well. But I just like crafting curse scrolls for anything that curse would help with.

Spider legs root removes 70% dodge. Mix with oil for 30% more and it’s negated entirely. Peace of mind also adds 20% to any character with it active. Definitely make sure you have spider legs on at least one character if you’re not running mages. The root is AoE, about the same size as a fireball, and ignores armor. One AP to cast and is available every turn the effect lasts. Toss it on a group of enemies and follow up with a smoke grenade for armor piercing AoE hard CC usable in one turn at any time.

Do this before fighting them,

Teleport + Loot + Source Vampirism

And you will never have to go through the hassle. ;)

Do you have any elemental arrows or magic scrolls? I'm pretty sure that evasion doesn't work against magic damage.

Why can't I charm him when he has no magic armour, or any other armour for that matter?

Examine him. He might have immunity.

Use Marked

He seems bugged. He started with both armour bars empty and then they filled up later. That's why I couldn't charm him.

You can cast evasion aura on him which will replace his permanent version and expires in 1 turn (this works with other auras/buffs too, provided you can cast them), or just use spells.
