Is there a way to enter the Abandoned sawmill without everyone trying to kill you?

You have to have Ifan in your party then have him selected and enter through the front gates, not the back. Anyone else will aggro the whole group

Not quite sure how you get it, but you can get an item that allows you to disguise as one of lone wolves. It's probably Ifans item (in my campaign I didn't take him, but I took some key items from him) or from killed lone wolf. As I said, I played without Ifan, but was able to do all the quests inside the camp.

Enter through the front gate with Ifan, otherwise pay a bribe entering past the building Mommy Dearest will confront you and you should be able to pay a bribe to get past

You can kill the false Baron in his room on the second floor of the Driftwood tavern and take his medallion, or you may be able to pickpocket it as well.

if your persuasion is high enough then you can pass a persuasion check and enter

I mean... if you saw my gold right now in act 2... I can basically give up bartering and stop picking up items to sell and still end the game without spending half of it... But then again, I broke the game so...

yeah I deliberately didn't do those things because I didn't want to break the game

Use spirit vision, talk to the burning man, then talk to the guards. They should let you in if you choose the right dialogue. Persuasion works too
