Where are all the elven?

All elven are dead bcs of the death fog. Later in the game u might find them but i dont think u can kill them (if i remember it right)

Where are you? There are some, but, like @another mentions, they're relatively uncommon due to the destruction of their homeland (at least compared with humans and dwarves, still more common than lizards and undead).

Why do you need one? Did you miss the shapeshifter mask in Fort Joy?

Oh u can find 1 at the fort joy actually, the one waiting for lizard magister who died at the enterance of fort joy. U can find her near fane's location. Just go up by the vines.

Another has pointed out the first elf you can kill without consequences. Right before the turtles at the northern section of fortjoy.
There is also the elven lady that is being harrassed by Griff's goons near the front gate of FortJoy, which you can save or help kill (kill griffs gones regardless of your choice for sick level2 loots).


In reapers coast in driftwood-fields, there is a small group of elves (don't kill these guys though... they give a quest revolving around saving Saheila from Roost, she will reveal the true identity of Sebille, and give Sebille a choice to be the heart of scions. ) Could kill them after that quest though.
There is a "living seed" in the graveyard, if you use spirit vision and click on the spirit tree thing you will be teleported into a fight against an elf with the title "the scion" or something. He's fairly easy, just focus him and none of the adds.... DO NOT kill him with elements, he may become a puddle of flesh/bones, you can't rip the face from that.

On the nameless island, there is a kind of town of elves, it is a part of Sebilles quest line....
After you killed the Shadow Prince, the mother tree wants to speak to Sebille. Go to the heart of the mother tree (using the flower to teleport), it will ask Sebille to grow to be the next mother tree. If you don't agree with this, the elves will turn hostile and attack you, but Sebille will live.

Yea later on the game. Its kind of part of the quest. So i dont know u can kill them or not. Bcs me myself is currently at that quest.

looking for one to face-rip; missed the quest in fort joy and wanted to finish the hide-and-seek quest without having to swap in sebille.

Kinda lame you can't find one until later in game..... I'll have to check out the living seed quest i guess... thanks for help

You should have gotten a complete mask when you killed windego (after breaking out of fortjoy, in the north of the marshes next to the tower that has Braccus' boots in it.

There are plenty to harvest from in Reaper's Coast. Some elven corpses are scattered near the sawmill entrance for example. Perfect for ethical harvesting. Or that ex-magister elf named Stewart sitting outside the Driftwood tavern. He will run to the kitchen and get himself killed if you show him the magister ring. The cook in question is an elf too BTW.
