There's lots of Voidwoken in the marshes. You'll need to be more specific.

I'm just going to guess that you're referring to the deep-dweller in the canyon with the summoned skeletons? In that case you are underleveled for that fight. Don't attempt it until you are atleast 7. Do the vault of braccus rex, free gareth, and confront wendigo. That should level you up enough.

Give more info?

Don't find on lower grounds - move on cliff where giant voidwoken sit (but don't aggro him).

And get at least lvl 6 (plus lvl 6 gear too).

sorry Im new to the game and first playthrough. it is the deep dweller with the 6 or 7 summoned undead. I almost killed all the undead, but then I was stopped in my tracks by frozen and shocked. I could not fight after that, they just kept hitting me till I was all dead.

Definitely need to avoid this fight until later. I'm usually lvl 6 before I do anything significant in the marsh.

Definitely try to get the high ground before the fight starts.

My biggest tip for you would be to gather all four of your party members directly on top of the voidwoken deep-dweller and then use smokebomb. You'll be able to burst the deep-dweller down from within the cloud safely and the skeletons will not be able to attack you. They'll have to spend several turns walking all the way over to you.

If you don't know how to get smokebomb, combine an Aerothurge skillbook (doesn't matter which one) with a Scoundrel book and it will create a smokebomb book.

The best thing to do in general versus boss-type enemies is to focus them down immediately, the fewer turns they get, the better, and they're the most dangerous things on the field.

In this case, though, I found that moving your team to the highest wooden point and fighting from there gives you the most control while allowing fewer of the weaker enemies to be able to approach and target you.
