is Hannag crazy ?

As soon as i start fifhting the magister as she ask, she kill herself and spawn several right who create a monster each turn, overwhelming me with crazy monster with dozen of AP

What the hell am i supposed to do ???

I've seen this and I think it's a bug. I think I have better success if you start fighting them while all your party members are out of her sight, but I haven't tested exhaustively.

As for how to beat her, you can target the portals. Also... Spread your guys out, 'cause there's another stage to that fight with her...

Kill the magisters before talking to her and while they are crouched in their initial positions. Then talk to her and she will give you a quest.

This bug can have her go hostile even if you do it that way, in at least two tests I did. :/

use cloack and dagger to teleport right next to her, talk to her with persuasion, persuade her that you're there to help, kill the magisters,hannag will then give you a quest to save her disciple, which is gonna be a super hard fight, not because the enemy is strong, but because that disciple has suicide tendency, what i did to keep him alive is to keep him in cryogenic status. all in all, save your game first.

This, you talk to the guy the other two Magisters tell you to talk to and respond with the attack the Magister dialogue, I forget what it exactly was but I remember it was number 2 in the list. This three are so easy too, the Enchanter does not even help the other two if she is too far away from them.

It was difficult to protect him, the easiest way I found is to get all your guys up to him, Circle of Protection, Soothing Cold and Mend Metal etc.

Again, guys, there is a bug that will sometimes cause her to aggro when you attack the magisters, with or without talking to her first.

well, cryo + have your team flee and rejoin to refresh the CD works for me. i mean, i play in tactical, so it's harder to keep that buffon alive.

i dont know of any bugs like that, but in my game, once i use cloack and dagger near her, she's immediately innitiate a conversation. to attack the magisters, i talk to them about how im gonna kill them, not manually attack them.

Ok, thanks for all your answers

however, i'll be more precise.

In the first meeting (in the ruins), i passed the cloud and spoke to her. She teleport away. The magister and i followed her. I passed trought the wall of fire. I spoke with her and suceed the persuasion check. She told me to kill the magister.

I attack them. When it's her turn, she kill herself, open 3 impossible to kill portals, who summon EACH one monster per turn and i'm purely and simply destroyed

Yeah, it's the bug. They're giving good advice for how to approach it when the bug doesn't crop up.

I'd try initiating combat with them while out of her LOS, either behind a wall or by teleporting a magister to you from below.

It's much better to just kill the Magisters outright and make sure they don't go anywhere near her, or she'll off herself.

Sadly, they are always in LOS of her. I'll try something else

so you mean the bug is when the magister go near her then it trip her ?
it happens to me before i talk to her,
i did that battle twice, coz the first one i ended up killing her because i didnt talk to her, just the magister, then when the magister was coming near her line of sight she suicide.

the second battle, i teleported next to her and she initiate a conversation, and after i convince her, even if the magister come into her line of sight she didnt suicide, she ended up helping me.
