The constant theme of sourcerers being bad feels like overkill until you realize where all the source energy is coming from.
I generally kill all magisters and lizards on sight, most of the elves, and most of the thuggish humans and dwarves.
Gnomes weren't around enough to get an idea of them but seeing they are quite likely immoral and taking after a god of mischief they probably do some bad things as well.
The only character I've had trouble making up my mind about after 2 plays is Gratiana and her Grove.
