Roost Anlon is a very bad man
So it turns out he's a child predator, checked the room after the battle only to see the spirits of 4 children. They thanked me for getting rid of that scum, but what the ♥♥♥♥?

He also likes stealing elf children and selling them to lizards for slavery

Don't most NPC's have both good/bad personalities and they're fixed once you make a certain dialogue choice? Or their personalities are set in stone. You can act good with someone like Griff in fort joy, and later meet his wife who tells you he's a good person, and you're like nope, nope, he cooks people.

It is supposed to be a gray to dark world where people sometimes do good things but often that same person does bad things at the same time, you as a player are left to decide which is worse.

The constant theme of sourcerers being bad feels like overkill until you realize where all the source energy is coming from.

I generally kill all magisters and lizards on sight, most of the elves, and most of the thuggish humans and dwarves.

Gnomes weren't around enough to get an idea of them but seeing they are quite likely immoral and taking after a god of mischief they probably do some bad things as well.

The only character I've had trouble making up my mind about after 2 plays is Gratiana and her Grove.

Misdirected passion...such a waste.
