What exactly is Lohar and Anhars Relationship?
Their names sound similar so i thought at first they might be Brothers, but why would Lohar have a Picture of him on his Nightstand?

Two Male Dwarves going at it is not a picture i like in my head...

I don’t think there’s any real information on that, but that conclusion isn’t one I’d jump to. I’d guess that the little criminal underground they have there functions like a tight knit family and Anhar was just an influential part of that.

It's not that i want to jump to Conclusions, but seeing as DOS2 came out in 2017 which was a very political correct time it would not surprice me if they dotted Homosexual characters here and there, they did in Arx.

Lohar is Anhar's father. You can find a pair of boots that belong to Anhar at an ambushed caravan - near where you star out in Reaper's Coast. In game text for the boots state their familial relationship.

lol, tryna dive deeper into Lohar and Anhars father-son relationship and was hoping I could find a use for the boots to unlock more lore but all I come across is this bozo worried about gay people in a game about void creatures devouring the world
