Looking for a Guide/Walkthrough that contains everything.

Looking for a detailed guide/walkthrough that has all the secrets, best out comes in quests and maybe even some exploits to be had, and anything else useful.

This is not my first play through of the game I had it on my PS4, so I'm not interested in the folks saying you should play it in a certain way. You play your game how you want to and I will play how I want to.

Use this for quests, it will show you every outcome and their rewards (not every quest has a ''best'' outcome, some rewards can be either better or worse based on what you're playing or what you want)
