Roost Anlon: Both Sebille and Ifan quest possible?

Hi, I ran into Roost Anlon and Sebille got her quest info and he died in the fight after the dialogue. Sadly Ifans quest has ended now because he didn't get any info from Roost. Even when I send Ifan allone to Roost he starts a fight. Is it possible to do both Sebille and Ifans quest?

Roost only provides some info for them, you can still do both of their quests even if you would ignore Roost. Sebille's quest is to kill someone, you can find that someone even without talking to Roost.

And Ifans quest? I checked the black mirror and learned a little bit but his quest is still completed. Is there anything I can do for him?

Yes you can continue Ifan's quest as well. All roost would've told you is that Alexander is still alive and hiding on an island, you can still find him without talking to Roost and continue your quest.
