Glowing Idol of Rebirth

is this item you gain from 2nd act 'Web Of Desire' quest lasts forever?
Because on the last playthrough it suddenly disappeared on me after a few deaths.
Was it a bug? Or the item has limited uses?

It lasts indefinitely, just needs to be recharged after each use. If you steal hers and have each character do the quest option for one, I believe you can get 5. Possibly more if mercs can do it but somehow I doubt that.

That's the thing, it lasted for around 3-4 deaths with each character and then it vanished from my inventory. Checked alot of times. And I charged it with Res scroll each time.
Could've it been a bug?

They can swap characters depending on how you combined it and who had the res scrolls and such. However they shouldn’t completely disappear.

This happened to me.
I had to reload the game from days ago to get it back. I do think there's a bug some sort to cause it disappear from the inventory at random time.

Have to keep an eye on it at all time from now on.
