Contamination Armor Set; Arx

Hello there,

I am currently trying to complete the Contamination armour set and have acquired everything, but the gloves! However, I am already at Arx and kinda struggle to find a useful guide to help me figure out how to get them at this point in time.
I have not met this Elfen character, Daeney, so I think I killed her. However, I own this "Contamination Spore" and I think with that and the skill "trigger spores", I can get the gloves?

Thing is, neither can I go back, nor can I figure out how to get the aforementioned spell. Can I still get the gloves now that I am in Arx? If yes, then can someone let me in on the secret of how I would do that?

You can get the gloves in act two. If you’re further, take a spore and put it in a corpse’s inventory and cast the trigger spell.

Can I learn trigger spores somehow when I am already in Arx?

That, I don’t know. If you missed enough of the quest it could be possible to be unable to finish it all. Not really sure though. I’ve always obtained the spell in act one, so I don’t know where else, if any, you can learn it from.

If you're an elf you can eat body parts from the corpses affected by the spores and learn the spell. Check the bodies with green vines on them and see if they have any body parts in their inventory, I don't remember if they do. Use the shapeshifter mask if you're not an elf if you still have it.
