Beauty Salon gift bag confusion

I have recently returned to the game and have a question about the gift bag (I turned in on it in the options).
Are the new faces and hairstyles are available in the mirror on the Lady Vengeance in later acts? Or only in Fort Joy at the end of the first one? If so, since I am in the later stages of the game have I lost access to the new faces and hairstyles?
I play an undead elf female and only have 6 faces and 7 hairstyles.
Is this all options I should have?

they just default added in.
