Is there a way to craft Curse skillbook

I don’t believe so. You should have access to curse if you have the scroll as it isn’t obtainable without it. As far as I know, only the one character can learn it.

this is why I like to stock up on tormented souls and void fish whenever possible.

I think you only get "Curse" from swearing to the God-King.

Curse scrolls do exist in the game! You learn the scroll materials from a book in The underground "hidden" room in mordus' house. The one with the lich. It should be on a bookshelf in the lich chamber.

It will take you;

1 x Void tainted fish. Any fish will do the scrolls are not specific to one kind.

and 1x tormented soul. Again any quality tormented soul will do.

Swearing alleagence to the God king will convert your bless spell into curse.
