Grasp of the starved.
Its my first playthrough. I just got the second source point to use this ability. I tried it a few times nothing seems to happen. A few hands come up from the ground and instantly vanishes. 0 damage

"Undead hands rise from underground, attacking characters that stand in blood surfaces and clouds."

Took me a while to see it too, lol.
To compensate it deals absurd damage tho.

It works best with either blood rain or bloodstorm used right before it. Bloodstorm needing apotheosis or mid turn source gain to use.

Apotheosis > blood storm > grasp of the starved > mass corpse explosion

you more mean Apotheosis > peace of mind > flesh sacrifice > inner demon > Adrenalin > Blood storm > grasp of the starved > then Mass corpse explosion or normal corpse explosion if someone stays alive
