Mummie Dearest gave me head.
Mummie Dearest in the Lone Wolf camp drops her head when you kill her. Is there a quest or something that goes along with it? It seems more distinctive than the average head you collect so I am not sure if I should hang onto it.

Its a quest that you get from a ghost next to her. You should give the head to the paladin that gave you the bird whistle thing

If you missed it, most of the Lone Wolves are haunted by their victims in the form of source ghosts. You've missed maybe two quests by killing them already, but I think there are 3+ ghosts that you can set free now that their murderer is dead, for some free XP.
