Devourer Armour Set Question

So once you out from Fort Joy without getting the first armor, you can't complete this set?
or is there any way to complete it?

I tried using the mod and it work and I got the glove and the quest to progress but now I'm stuck at the boots since it didn't spawn in the Dwarf

So I tried the mod Relics of Rivellon - Stand Alone and I got the gloves and the quest and when I went the Shady Digger for the Boots I can't find it, I only find the quest paper but no boots.
Do I need to progress the story to make the item appear?

there shoud be a burned corpse at the lizard place when your at the graveyard that contains the boots so far i know i didnt had to trigger anything for the boots to appear but unsure if they appear if you havent got the gloves yet

Apparently it's a bug, the author replied to me yesterday

I missed the devourer gloves at fort joy, but i have the boots. I am in act 2 now. Does it work if i type in a command to get the gloves?. I really want the set and quest so if there is a way to undo the mistake without installing a mod or reloading i wouldlove to know.
