What's the Difference Between Red Heath and Purple Health?
Sometimes enemies and friendly characters change healthbar color.
I don't know why neither what does it means...

Purple health indicates that character is debuffed (or maybe just debuffed with a damage-over-time effect). Sometimes the purple color doesn't get properly removed even if the debuff is gone.

So... I shouldn't use it to base nothing since we aren't 100% sure?

I don't know what that sentence is trying to say.

What I meant is that I should give ♥♥♥♥ about this bar color,
since we aren't 100% sure about what it means, or means nothing useful.

I usually don't pay attention to it, but I'm pretty sure it means you have a DOT on you like burning, poisoning, bleeding.

I can see all buffs and debuffs from portrair, from character model animations, hovering the cursor... I really don't need a change color health bar to tell me I'm having some debuff... Doesn't even say which one, it's completly useless.

It isn't exactly completely useless, you jusdt don't find it useful enough. I use the hp bar's color to determine who to buff with fortify, saves me time.

Purple health means some sort of affliction. Burning, poisin, frozen, chilled, ect. Knockdown I don't think triggers it. But in general, if your bar turns purple it means something got past your armor being depleted.

But you don't know what it is... There's spells that "cures" some conditions, you need to know which debuff is to use the right spell to "cure" that specific debuff, that means you will see the debuff icon or hover your cursor at the character.

Since this game is turn-based and we have the eternity to do our move, there's no need in rush to know, or be fast... Saying you use to determinate who to buff with fortify also makes no sense because the chatacter could have 100% PA but 0% MA, Fortify doesn't give MA.

still paying attention to the fight and u will know what debuff ur charakter has even without looking it up. And when hes burning then i think u can totaly agree with me that u dont need to look up to the portrait for that. But hey everyone can do what he wants

Actually I find it ironic that if you can SEE a debuff on your character it's pretty easy to figure out which skill to use to remove it. If you character is burning, showing green bubbles, frost covered, and ect...it's a magic armor issue, simply buff the magic armor. If you charcter isn't showing signs of anything, it's a physical debuff such as bleeding or decay and you just need to buff the physical. If you really can't tell because both your armor bars are broken...you need to rethink your tactics.

The only one I can think of that breaks these "rules" would be infection, and it has your character slump over. But I don't recall your health bar changing color for that.

I wouldn't say "completely useless". It does act as a quick indicator that someone is debuffed instead of memorizing or hovering every buff/debuff icon.

Or that you have succesfully put a debuff on an enemy with say the executioner talent. It's just a bit of feedback, but nothing that hinders the game.
