[SPOILER] Wreckers Cave feels impossible
Hey guys,
i play the game on Explorer Difficulty and im already challenged enough in most of the fights (i dont know whats wrong with me)
Now i hit level 10 and i thought i go Wreckers Cave then the bugs come and seperate my team.
Then i take my main char and start exploring the cave, i find a gate, i destroy it and as soon as i pass it a Voidwoken Bug spawns on the other side it freezes me and then its hits me like 10 times or so until im dead. What am i doing wrong and for which level is the cave made ?

The cave is level 11-12, 11 for almost all of it. You should have the teleport pyramid off the ship yes? Toss that around your inventories and teleport the team together. I believe the bugs are weak to fire as well, dunno if you have a way to take advantage of that.

If you feel like it, I can give you some basic character build advice. I just need an idea of how you built them, what skills/attributes you invested in and how you play each character to have a baseline. I say this, because most players new to the game make some basic mistakes that really don't seem like mistakes from the get go. Otherwise, I'm more than willing to offer any answers to questions you may have.

You need teleport pyramid just like Chaoslink said above. Group up, and kill everything. it is easy.

Or if you dont have pyramid, you can cheese that bug fight. Start with one of your character in the area which a female researcher dwarf is in. Once you encounter that voidwoken bug, run back to the stair and attack from height. That bug can not climb leader to the platform.

Then progress until you find waypoint in the middle and teleport everyone to waypoint. The rest is easy

You never need more then 2 pyramids since your inventory is accessible at any time for evey character. Use pyramid to group 2 chars then send one pyramid to next char, bring these together, send pyramid to last char and done.

Or you can skip whole cave by using waypoint from the main menu.

I mean, to group up maybe. But all four are handy as hell for making custom waypoints like at the elf camp or dwarf merchants in act two. One of my first two pyramids gets dropped by those dwarves pretty much as soon as I reach act two, just before/after fighting the Harbinger boss out there, depending on whether I hit level 10 from exploration xp and want to check for new gear.

You can pass items to any inventory at infinite distance. So you can just give the pyramid to everyone and port them together.

I mean, the other option is just to waypoint then walk back in after being split up as if it never happened.

you dont even need pyramids all you have to do is hit esc then click waypoints.I would do that after looting what you can from the cave first with each character.
