Personally , I try to max persuasion. Having a high persuasion has helped me out of a few situations. Luck is nice too.

There are a total of 6 Civil Ability points given by the game (ignoring item bonuses). Each character should pick one and only one Civil ability to max out. There is no "maxing out first", and there is no good reason to spread your points around between multiple abilities.

These three below are essentially three different ways of making money. Your party probably shouldn't need more than two of them at most.
Bartering
Lucky Charm
Thievery

These two are okay:
Persuasion
Loremaster

Persuasion is for solving things through conversation. It's good, your lead character should probably have this. Pet Pal on them as well is good.

Loremaster lets you identify items and see enemy stats, which is important if you have magic users in your party.

These two are essentially useless:
Telekinesis
Sneaking

Telekinesis is only good for one specific gimmick build, which uses containers full of heavy objects to attack enemies.

Sneaking is pretty useless because in most cases you can sneak fine with 0 points into it, or use Cloak and Dagger to get past other parts. Because you have a limited number of points, you can't really have someone who both sneaks and steals, and so thievery is better.

So I think im screwed now by spreading the points in every abilities. Do we have an option to re allocate those point later on the game? Lohse abilities now is 1 luck 1 pesuasion 1 bartering 1 sneaking 1 thievery.

Wew thanks. glad to here that. Can i find it on Fort Joy?

You'll be able to re-spec once you start Act 2. Don't worry.

Best 'traders' are humans for the racial bonus. Even better on a STR focus char, because you can carry more. Pick the loot with any char but, hold the button, drag and drop everything you know you'll sell onto this chars' portrait. Save a lot of time.

Thieves are best on undead (no need of lockpicks) or dwarves (free +1 sneaking, good if you don't 'cheese' the steal mechanics. Useless if you do)

Lucky charm is group shared, since a patch made it so sometime ago. Though I think it only works on containers.

Loremaster will save you some bucks later on, since you'll identify objects on the fly and won't have to pay a vendor for it. Though, it's not that much. The usefulness is to clearly identify any enemy's weakness/immunities, so good for mages on Tactical.

Persuasion should totally be maxed on your main char, because at some point you'll need it to convince some people not to betray you.

Thanks.. Persuasion it is once I esacpe fort joy. Speaking of items There is tons of items that can be picked up like cups, intestines, poisoned drinks, fruits, flowers, beer, etc ctc small item with no value.. should I get it or not?

If you're level 6, how do you have 5 civil ability points, when counting the racial bonus, you should only have 4? You must have a bonus from an item, and that doesn't count against your total. Still though, spreading points around is indeed a bad idea because checks will get harder later on.

Some of it is crafting materials. Others can be sold, it takes a while to get a comfortable amount of gold. It's up to you how much stuff you want to spend time picking up and carting around.

I usually pick everything and offer the less valuable things to traders (as in I don't ask money for those in the transaction menu) so it raises the reputation of my trader char for them (just be sure you always do this with your trader starting the dialogue). You get a moderate discount for having 100 rep with a vendor, but it's worth it when you want to buy high-priced goods.

Theres a lot of things I still dont know about this game because theres a lot of things happening. And keys dont get destroyed if you use it so I dont know which key open this door or what, I just have a lot of key that I dont know if I already use it or not. ahahaha and whats with the book with no use at all. I seen this kind of books in witcher a lot of books which I read but I dont know the relevance of it.

Giving item to trader for free will give you reputation on trader. Reputation here mean Discounts. Ok nice to know. Ill try to give them intestines then from now on. ahahah

Here's my recommendations:

For general questing, I have one character with Persuasion, one with Thievery, one with Lucky Charm, and one with Loremaster. Persuasion is used all the time in dialogue and can lead to better results or avoiding encounters. Thievery should be ideally on an undead character so you don't need to find lockpicks. Locked chests/doors are common enough that you should keep this on most of the time even if you don't pickpocket. Lucky charm you should have on all the time because it gives you a chance of finding extra loot in every container you investigate. Loremaster helps a bit in combat so you may as well have it on.

When you want to do a major buying/selling spree, once you have access to the respec mirror you can swap all of your points from one character into barter to get better deals, then respec them back to their normal ability after.
