Possible bug in Captains Armour quest
Got the hat and the jacket but no boots to be found on the captain. Anyone had this problem? Solution? TIA

It's because you get the boots from a locked chest near the Abandoned Encampment. There's no bug - I did this yesterday just fine.

Make sure to have a lockpick ready.
