If i have 2 Characters both with Lone Wolf does it work?

It states i can be at most with 1 other Person in the Party. Does it mean i could take Lone Wolf on both of them?

or if you just want to have fun, roleplay, play with just 2, play max difficulty with 2, etc...
But ya it a bit op was even more so in classic.
