Not enough love for lizards

This is probably the only genuine complaint I have. Out of the 6 main characters, only one is a lizard, and his story arc involves a romance plot of his own.

That means your only romance options are two humans, a dwarf, an elf who hates lizards with, in her own words, "the heat of a million suns", or an undead who's literally thousands of years old. I know interracial relationships are considered acceptable in this universe, but it still seems a little odd for my male lizard character to romance someone like Lohse.

I know there are mods to change the race of some of the origin characters, but I'm afraid that might mess with the game's lore and / or have glitchy side effects since Larian never really intended for the origin characters to be race swapped.

Just play Divinity: Dragon Commander then.

You play as a dragon AND you can marry a lizard

Eh, I feel like The Prince's romance is the best of the game. It feels the most real as he can't just throw away his position and destiny for you, while still doing the best he can to keep you at his side. Expecting him to ditch all that just for you would be incredibly selfish if you ask me. Sure, it leaves your options light for lizard love, but then, there's only six origin characters and only one elf, lizard and dwarf. So there's limitations to non-humans as only non-undead humans have more than one gender. So its not really unique to lizards beyond him having a romance based story too.

I dunno, I can see your point but I don't really see it being a problem as you do.

Also the lizard princess in Dragon Commander has too much of a humanoid face... Makes her look like a fish.
