As far as lone wolf goes Simmons become exponentially stronger. Your stat increase turns into a percentage increase for summons which makes them significantly stronger
which stats does increase the summon damage? (aside from summoning)
I've just lost my lonewolf save :C gotta make a new one :S
Summons are pretty terrible for Lone Wolves. They're okay for the first few levels once you get your Champion Incarnate, but very very quickly, the base damage from your attacks will be able to vastly outdamage your summon (and realistically, even in the early game most of the enemies are so weak compared to Lone Wolf that you don't need the help) . All of the massive damage and AP bonuses would get as a LW are kind of wasted playing as a summoner.
That's actually the build I used the very first time I went through the game solo on Tactician.
