Are the keys in tutorial bugged?

I just started new game in Definitive Edition as I haven't played this version yet and I can't open any doors on the ship in tutorial.
I collected all the keys I could find and I can't even open the cargo hold doors which I definitively have the key for.
Is is bugged or was it disabled in this version of the game?

1 door has a lever. 1 door needs to be destroyed (one with poison barrel next to it).

Ok, but I can't even open the cargo hold doors with the Death Fog or whatever it is called in english. You were able to open this with the key, now you can't.

The key is on a Magister in front to the right a bit.

For future reference the tutorial is before that, a few rooms next to where you wake up. You are playing the actual game.

Again... I HAVE THE KEY but the doors won't open, hence my question, is it bugged?
